How to install the app from the downloaded dmg and what to do at first launch.
Installation
- Double-click the downloaded dmg file to open it.
- Drag "M-PRO.app" into the "Applications" folder.
- Launch M-Pro from the "Applications" folder.
First launch
Because this build is notarized by Apple, it should open normally. If you see a message that the developer cannot be verified, try the following.
- Hold control and click the M-Pro icon in the Dock or in Applications, then choose "Open".
- Click "Open" in the confirmation dialog that appears.
Permissions
M-Pro is sandboxed and only accesses files and folders you explicitly choose. You'll be asked to grant access each time you import video or audio files. No special permission is needed for output to an external display.
