P-MIX Studio Pro is a playout (switcher) app for live events. You organize your content into scenes, check them in PREVIEW, take them to PROGRAM, and output the program full screen to an external display.
What Pro adds
- Track list view: in / out trimming, picture and audio fades, back-to-back music with crossfades.
- Camera / capture card, screen and application window capture placed in scenes and taken to air.
- Subtitles: SRT import, automatic subtitles from speech recognition, live captions from a microphone, and subtitle translation.
- Rundown: an automatically built show schedule that can be shown on a separate display for the lighting and sound crew.
- Transitions and auto-play: adjustable MIX duration (0.2–10 s); after playback a scene can automatically switch to a chosen scene or the next scene and start playing.
- Layer position / size / crop edited by dragging directly on the preview.
- Project management: new project wizard, autosave, media folder setting and relinking of missing media.
- 50 interface languages.
System requirements
- macOS 13 Ventura or later, on Apple silicon or Intel. There is no Windows version.
- "Apple Translation" for subtitles requires macOS 26 or later; everything else works on macOS 13 or later.
Interface language
The app starts in Simplified Chinese the first time. Change it in Settings → General → Interface language; the change applies immediately (click OK to keep it).
Monitor labels such as PREVIEW and PROGRAM and some status texts are always shown in English.
