Playback
- Space: if the selected scene (yellow frame) is the Program scene, it plays / pauses the program (with sound). For any other scene, the first press plays it muted in Preview and the second press stops it and returns to the start.
- S: stops the selected scene (preview or program) and returns it to the start.
CUT and MIX
The CUT / MIX buttons choose the transition type (a red frame marks the current choice; CUT at startup). The take itself is done with Enter / C, the number keys, double-clicking a scene card, or A.
- CUT: switches instantly.
- MIX: a cross-dissolve; picture and sound change together.
- MIX duration: right-click the MIX button and choose 0.5 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 3.0 s or "Custom…" (0.2–10 s). The default is 1.0 s.
Take keys
- Enter / C: takes the preview to program with the current transition. If the selected scene is already on Program, it restarts from the beginning (RESTART). Pressing again during a MIX completes it immediately.
- A: takes with the current transition (never restarts).
- M: takes with a MIX this one time, without changing the CUT / MIX choice.
- 1–9: sends scene N to Preview and takes it to Program immediately.
FTB (fade to black)
B / F or the FTB button turns the program and external output black instantly (it is not a fade). Press again to return; a CUT also clears it. FTB only hides the picture and does not stop playback — to stop the sound, pause or stop the program.
PDF paging
Hold Space and press ← / →, or use "PPT ◀︎ / PPT ▶︎" in the status bar, to turn the PDF pages of the selected scene (or the scene in preview if none is selected).
