- Crew and mics…: register owners, lighting crew and sound crew (separate multiple names with commas). Microphones can be managed as "Number + user" or "Purpose + quantity".
- Display selection, the Rundown output button, current status and the Estimated end time.

During the show
- The scene playing on Program is highlighted in dark red as the current program, with remaining / elapsed time; it turns red with 30 seconds left.
- When the show is more than 5 seconds off schedule, "Late" or "Early" is shown, and the start times of the following programs and the estimated end are updated to match.
Rundown output
Choose a display and click "Rundown output" to show, full screen on that display: the current program (remaining time, progress bar, owner / lighting / sound / mics), up to three upcoming programs, the clock and the estimated end. It is meant for the lighting and sound crew.
- The display used by the program output cannot be chosen. If you choose the display with the main window, it opens as a normal window.
- To close it, click the button in the rundown window again (Esc does not close it).
